Lonely Nights

My lifeless eyes
looking outside the window;
searching for You
I knew you're not there,
what can I do?
It is past midnight
everyone is sleeping
I'm the only one who is awake
because those moments strikes;
when we're together,
always happy never cries
remembering you,
how can I tell,
I need you?
But now with tears in my eyes,
I covered my face with bedsheet
Waiting! When will all this ends-up?
When will I came out of these,
Dark lonely nights.

Broken Heart

sitting on the bench in the park,
with my broken heart
Baby don't do this to me,
i would lost my path
How do I forget
that
"I love you"
Which you said to me
after looking into my eyes,
How do I believe,
You told me a lie
my mind overflows with memories of You
How can I live without you,
Baby don't you knew?
Without you my angel,
I am all alone
feelings, joys and happiness,
all are gone
what do i do?
what is my fault?
I do not know who was correct,
who was wrong
Let it go baby,
don't make it hard,
because true love is precious,
which never fell apart.

Please give your precious comments as I want to polish my skills before converting these individual poems into a book. please comment thank you.

I Love You: Feelings To Convey

why are you doing this, ruining my life?
making it complicated, always causing stress and strife
Baby don't you remember,
who stands with you in your hard time?
Before ending all this please clear your mind
Don't you forget you're just 22
I'm the one who is protecting you,
Today you're fighting like I'm a fool
only God knows how much I really care for you
you fight with me each day and every night
I will stay strong,
until you realize
till then i can do a favor for you
i will cry tearless for you
in the end i just want to say
i wish you stay happy
with joy on your face
I love you these three words I chose
for my feelings to convey.

Delhi Book Fair 2017: For Someone Special Book By Yogesh Sharma

23rd edition of Delhi Book Fair 2017 will be held during August 26  September 3, 2017 at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi by India Trade Promotion Organization. The fair is organized in association with Federation of Indian Publishers. Though a much bigger fair Delhi World Book Fair also held at same venue in the month of January-February every year. However, the main aim of both the fairs remains same and they both promote the importance of books to bridge the gap across various socio-cultural, linguistic and religious diversities.

Book Fairs have a great role to play in promoting the reading habit among people of all age groups. May be the biggest book bonanza keenly awaited by students, teachers, scholars, authors, intellectuals, librarians and book lovers (I'm too excited this year). I am visiting both book fairs from past few years. As I am an amid reader and now a poet, writer and an author too. So this time it is special for me too.

The entry ticket for the fair was INR 20 per person last year. Earlier, it used to be free and later it was INR 10. However, School children can still get free entries with their identity card only. I am expecting last year Fair timings from 11 AM to 8 PM. Last year 235 publishers participating in the fair were from India. Also, publishers from abroad include those from the US, Pakistan, Russia and China participating last year.

From the entry gate you can see the road full of publishers banners and their most famous book titles. Before reaching the fair venue (Hall no. 9 to Hall no. 12A), you could know more about the publishers and famous titles from these banners only. This fair is equally good for adults as well as for children. There are lot of child literature including academic books, stories books, comic books and sports items available for the children in this fair. And this book fair is not about only Hindi and English Literature. There is vast and rich collection of Urdu Literature, Punjabi Literature and South Indian Literature.

Almost every well-known publisher in India will participate in this fair.

And, the stall of Indian Social Institute always remains one of my favorite stall in the book fair. Various small booklet on social issues, social laws and public rights are easily available here at very cheap prices.

This time I will search e-book pavilion, Kindle or I must say amazon.com pavilion. It will be the best time to promote my e-book For someone special (link given below) here on amazon pavilion. Only disappointing thing what I am thinking right now is about customer or reader reactions. They praised you, they love your writing skills, they admired you but at the end they asked with curiosity if they will get this books for free. Internet is still about free software downloads, free song downloads, free movie downloads etc., in this country, then why not a book? E-books still have a long way to go in India.

If one getting tired of walking from stall to stall and want to take some rest, there are large areas covered with mat, where he can take rest. A cafeteria is also there.

The Delhi Book Fair has been attracting 2.5 lakh to three lakh visitors every year, and this year the number is expected to go up. It is always a great pleasure to visit and explore the collection of books at various stalls in this fair.

For Someone Special is a book on romantic poems and short stories. Critically and widely acclaimed in US, Uk and Japan. Do not forget to order it from all amazon.com sites.

Happy Independence Day India (70*)

Its 70 Indian Independence Day on Tuesday 15 August 2017. A country running high on the wings of development in the past decade. A country having so many religions and different cultures. A country with almost one fourth of the world population. So many different emotions, so many different things but one thing is common in all of us. A Heart! Beating and saying continuously India, India, India...

Remember? Those freedom fighters who fight for us. Those people who left their homes, families, career and much more for India's freedom. Who gave their whole life for their country, for our Country.

From school days I thought or I should say I learned India is a land of movement who produce real life heroes like Mangal Pandey, Bhagat Singh, Rani Lakshmi Bai, Mahatma Gandhi and so on... It was started in 1857 with Mangal Pandey revolution and continued with Swadeshi Movement in 1905, Satyagraha, Save Silent Valley Movement (1973), Chipko Movement (1973), Namantar Andolan (1978), Jungle Bachao Andolan (1980s), Narmada Bachao Andolan (1985), Jan Lokpal Bill  Anti Corruption Movement by Anna Hazare (2011) & Nirbhaya Movement (2012).

But from the past few years meaning of Independence changed for few Indians. I felt ashamed whenever I called them Indians. The one who always perform some non-sense things against India. They support terrorists, they support caste system, they support all those people who are against India. I felt ashamed on them who played with the feelings of a particular religion.

I get hurt whenever I see an award winning writer throwing back his award for a terrorist who was found guilty in planning terrorist attacks. I felt ashamed whenever I see Human right activists shouting and fighting for a terrorist who get sentenced to death by Indian Judiciary. They thought it was his human right to live freely after killing those thousands of innocent people.

Some of them feel it is impossible to live here, India is becoming intolerance state. They want freedom of speech. They want freedom of not standing and giving honor to a national anthem and our Tri-Color flag. I felt angry when they said they will not sing 'Vande-Matram' our national song as some of them found it against their religion. Shame How they combined a national song with a particular religion.

For those who found that a democratic country like India is not giving you a right to speak or killing your freedom of speech than why not you just go to any Saudi Country to live in? I am sure you will found your freedom there.

Stop this drama of Award wapsi, #notinmyname, intolerance protest and stop playing with the feelings of religious people in India. I appealed to the youth of India today please do not become the part of these types of movements and waste your energy on non-sense things. These types of protests and movements will not give you anything and also by joining these types of protests you are pushing your country backwards.

Focus on your study, focus on your career, spent some time with your family, be a kind hearted gentleman for a society, for everyone and I am damn sure one day India will automatic become much stronger than now. No Problems, Only Happiness!

In the last freedom for me is, freedom of without harming others-freedom of religion -school choices-careers-medically-sexuality-as long as your freedom does not interfere with others that is independence really.

Suggestions are always welcomed in comment box.

Oh! By the way Do you read my book? Nope! Go and garb it now from the link given below:

When a father do something unexpected for our Mother

Love is a mixture of verb and action. Its not something that you just fall into and then you take your hands off the wheel. Love is a constant gesture. It is a million of I love you on whatsapp chat messages, phone calls to show you care, warm embraces, tender hugs and kisses, dates, smiles, and winks. Its finding a compromise where no one wins 100%, but its something everyone can live with.

Today, my Dad drew a painting and filled some colors in it (see the image) and wrote my mother name on it. As a father of two who came from a family who is bit traditional it was something unexpected.
Sorry Dad you made a mistake in it. It is wife not Wief. Spelling error :-p

Image Courtsey: My Dad work!

Both my sister and me always curious to know about their relationship. There is always shouting, augmenting, fighting and many more things, apart from love there is everything. Whenever they fight we just gaze at the two from the corner of the bed (where we hide most of the time when they fight), our eyes moving side to side, trying to figure it out, whats going on?

I always thought that, Will they ever go out for a date? Had they ever watched movie together or dine a romantic candle light dinner near Naini lake?

But today my father did this, something really loveable and romantic. Exactly what I want to do [If I ever get married and if I ever have children :-D]. I want my son to see me while I paint something for his mother. I want to tell him how much I love his mother and I want my son to know how to treat a wife and mother. I want him to know the importance of showing the mother of his children affection, even after many years of marriage. I want to show him by example.

[Dont worry my babies I want a Beti too ( Beti Bachao Beti padhao ]

And for my daughters, I want them to expect someone drawing something for them. I want them to marry someone who is willing to take that extra little bit of time and money to invest in romance.

I dont know why he do this today or what he fell for. But let me accept it, we liked it very much. May be this is the best thing a father could probably do to make sure his children see how he love their mother.

You always lie to me but I love you

Image Courtsey: My own work

I hate you,
You lied to me;
Whether it was 'Day or Night'
You lied to me each & every time.
You promise me not to Cheat,
But you hide the truth,
You made those fake smiles.
I am fool, who was not able to see;
Those 'red hands' covered with my innocent but now 'dead emotions'
Holding the 'Venomous-knife'
Your lies cut my soul into pieces;
I tried to cover my naked heart,
But its condition was unable to hide,
Tell me dear, how did you feel?
Was there any word to say?
Silence was not an answer
On this 'Dooms-day'
Let me told you one thing
Before it gets too late;
Don't felt so guilty
As it was my mistake,
I couldn't judge your eyes right,
When there were betray.
I had a blind faith on you,
So, how can I hate you?
I always tried to love you
'Out-of-the-way'
These are my final wordings,
Nothing more to say…

तुमसे दूरी

"तुमसे दूरी" तुम क्यों बदल गए? तुम्हारी क्या मजबूरी थी? तुम तो मेरे दिल में थे, फिर क्यों हम तुम में इतनी दूरी थी, ...
